Abstract Renal Auto transplantation (RAT) is the surgical procedure in which kidney initially removed and subsequently re-implanted a different position, allowing for improved outcomes conditions involving ureteral pathology, renovascular neoplastic disease primarily. In this paper, we aim to build upon understanding of RAT especially its effectiveness treating patients with hypertension secondary renal artery disease, intolerant previous treatment approaches. particular, ex-vivo technique will be focused as introduced by Ota et al. 1967 whereby use workbench frequently applied requiring excess 45 minutes ischaemic time. We, therefore, put forth two cases managed co-operation University Arkansas vascular urology departments.
